The Long Road Home

Some of you might not know that I actually started out in menswear. It’s where I first fell in love with this job, and I’m still really passionate about it. There’s something about getting a guy into a simple outfit that just works and watching him walk out a bit taller. It doesn’t need to be complicated. Usually it shouldn’t be.

So for The Long Road Home I wanted the men’s side to feel just like that. We took it up to our place in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, put Luke Faulkner in easy, good looking pieces and let the setting do the rest. And then there’s the Toyota. An old vintage four-wheel drive that looked better on camera than any of us. Honestly half the team wanted to drive it home.

Everything in here is the kind of thing you’ll actually wear: good shirts, the right pants, knits you’ll pull on every weekend, and our Calexico belts to finish it off. Nothing trying too hard, just pieces that are made well and feel good on.
