CALEXICO MAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Calexico Man purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions.
In-Store Purchases
We offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase, provided items are:

In their original condition with all tags attached

Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
Refunds are not available for change of mind, only for items that are deemed faulty in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions:
Final sale items, gift cards, perfumes, hats, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Online Orders
We are happy to offer a free exchange or refund on full-priced items purchased online, provided the following steps are followed:

Email our Concierge Team at concierge@calexicoman.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved by return email, please send your item/s within 5 days of approval.

Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

Include your returns form and attach the returns sticker to your parcel.

Email your tracking details to our team so we can monitor your return.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchange Requests:
If you wish to exchange your order for another size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Once approved, please post your return within 7 days. Your exchange will be shipped as soon as your returned item is received.

International Returns
For international orders, please email concierge@calexicoman.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the item/s you wish to return.
Please note, international return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Final Sale & Outlet Items
All Final Sale, Outlet, and Sample purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless deemed faulty.
If a final sale item is returned, you will be contacted to arrange a return shipment at your expense in accordance with our Final Sale Terms & Conditions.

Standard Post is guaranteed from day of dispatch within:

- 2-8 business days for rest of Australia
Express Post is guaranteed from day of dispatch within:
- 1-2 business days for QLD Metro Areas
- 1-4 business days to rest of Australia

Calexico Man is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
CALEXICO MAN REFUNDS & FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
Every Calexico Man piece is inspected to ensure it meets our high quality standards. In the rare event you receive a faulty item, our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Reporting a Faulty Item

Email concierge@calexicoman.com.au and shop@calexicoman.com.au with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the fault.

Our team will assess the claim and contact you with next steps.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
