Merry Christmas From Nicky
As I settle in with our brand-new baby boy, Gus Edward (born only last week!), it’s given me a chance to reflect on the past year and how grateful I am for Calexico’s remarkable community of friends, family and clients.
It really is a privilege to bring you the best of international fashion every season and introduce you to exciting up-and-coming and established designers I believe in. Of course, the real beauty of what we do is when we have the opportunity to get to know you and make you feel amazing.
After all that’s happened, it’s been comforting to see people travelling again and enjoying themselves. Interest in our Winter Packing events and “going-out” clothes has been huge this year, as has our new addition to the business – Calexico Resort – a concept born from our clients’ new travel plans. Who would have thought this would be the case 12 months ago?

It’s been a big year all right – we also launched two new websites. Calexico Man now has its own dedicated online home and our womens site has been completely redesigned for a fresh look and feel.
All of this could not be possible without my magnificent team. Thank you to all of my amazing stylists and the behind-the-scenes team that make every day possible. This year has been our best yet due to their commitment and hard work. We are all so lucky to come to work each day surrounded by fun, intelligent and unique individuals.
This Christmas, Jamie and I and our 3(!) kids will be enjoying the beach surrounded by family, old friends, great food and music. Bliss. Whatever your Christmas plans are, I hope you enjoy this special time with your loved ones. I can’t wait to see you again in the New Year.
